Master Builder - $70,000

A Master Builder sponsorship funds the entire amount of the home project by paying for all the materials and labor costs associated with building a Monroe Habitat house.  Habitat provides land, a building site with foundation ready for framing and identifies a "partner family".

Master Builder sponsors are entitled to: high profile public relations opportunities, an engraved brick permanently placed at the site, inclusion on-site signage and a company banner placement during construction; recognition in newspaper ad, Habitalk Newsletters, Annual Report,  Habitat shirt given to each volunteer during the builds and Website with link to company website; invitation to participate in Habitat’s various ceremonies and press related activities.

Partner Builder - $35,000

A Partner Builder sponsorship contributes one-half of the sponsorship amount for the home project of building a Monroe Habitat house.  Habitat will provide other partner or partners to underwrite the balance of the sponsorship, the land, a building site with foundation ready for framing and identifies a "partner family".

Partner Builder sponsors are entitled to:  high profile pubic relations opportunities, co-sponsorship on-site signage and a company banner placement during construction; recognition in newspaper ad, Habitalk Newsletters, Annual Report, on Habitat shirt given to each volunteer during the builds and Website with link to company website; invitation to participate in Habitat’s various ceremonies and press related activities.  

Hope Builder - $10,000 +

A Hope Builder sponsorship contributes about 15% of the sponsorship amount for the home project of building a Monroe Habitat house.  Habitat will provide other partners to underwrite the balance of the sponsorship, the land, a building site with foundation ready for framing and identifies a "partner family".  
Hope Builder sponsors are entitled to:  be listed on-site signage during construction; recognition in newspaper ad, Habitalk Newsletters, Annual Report, Website; invitation to participate in Habitat’s various ceremonies.

With all the sponsor levels, construction leadership and volunteer builders are provided unless the sponsor chooses to:

• Also provide construction leadership and volunteers to build the home or
• Also provide volunteers to work with Monroe Habitat Construction Supervisor to build the home.

Adopt-a-Day - $500 and up

Adopt-a-Day sponsorship contributes $500-$2,000 per day and involves 5-20 of your company employees or organizational group members in an exciting day(s) of team building on a Monroe Habitat house.  Habitat provides building materials, tools, training, supervision, and safety equipment.  

Adopt-a-Day will enhance your company’s or organization’s image and strengthen employee or member’s morale while serving the community.  They will not only benefit from the team-building aspect of their day(s), but will also gain the satisfaction of making a relevant contribution to their community by building affordable homes.

We encourage a contribution of $100 per volunteer to support and acknowledge the efforts of your employee or organizational member that is volunteering.  Adopt-a-Day team will receive a 8x10 photo of the "team" on the worksite, recognized on our website, Habitalk newsletter and newspaper ad with an invitation to place a business/organization banner on worksite for the designated Adopt-a-day.

Work-a-thon – Total of Pledges - $500 and up

Organize a Work-a-thon for your employees or organizational group; where each person that is volunteering to be on the team requests financial pledges from friends, family and co-workers to support the number of hours they plan to work on your team’s work-a-thon project build.  Most often companies/organizations will match these pledges.  

Work-a-thon team will receive a 8x10 photo of the "team" on the worksite, recognized on our website, Habitalk newsletter and newspaper ad with an invitation to place a business/organization banner on worksite for a designated.
